HumHub Tidio Module

This module allows users to use Tidio customer chatting services.

Note: Tidio is an external customer chatting services used by a lot of large companies, and now can be used via HumHub as well.

Installing & Setup

  1. Download via git or normal download
  2. Upload to /protected/modules
  3. Sign in/up to Tidio services and go to the Panel
  4. Copy the URL within the given JavaScript widget snippet under Channels > Live chat > Integration
  5. Place the URL (Example: //code.tidio.co/{id}.js) within your Tidio Settings via ACP -> Tidio Settings
